One of the most popular trekking trails in Nepal, Annapurna Base Camp (popularly known as ‘ABC’) is situated at 4230m above the sea level in the Annapurna region. Annapurna Base Camp trek is short spectacular trek and reasonable to almost everyone as the trekking trail is comparatively easy and quiet alluring with the stupendous panoramic view of Annapurna I, Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Nilgiri, Mt. Dhaulagiri and other encompassing high mountain peaks.
The trek starts with gorgeous Pokhara valley, which is a delight in itself. The beauty of luxuriant landscape and the Alpine Rhododendron and Oak forest is the highlight of the trekking trail that encourages you to keep going on. The jovial trekking trail passes through the vivid villages inhabited by Magar, Gurung, Thakali ethnics allowing you to indulge in their rich culture and tradition and enjoy their authentic food. ‘Thakali cuisine’ is a must try cuisine in this region that comes from the authentic Thakali Kitchen. The entire journey takes place with the walk through beautiful villages of the Annapurna region giving the view of the breathtaking Annapurna massif.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
After arriving in Kathmandu (Tribhuvan International Airport) you will be received by our representative and he/she will escort you to the hotel. You can take a tour of beautiful city Kathmandu and shop your trekking gears in the city. You will be given detailed orientation about your whole journey and spend overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara
Next day you will head towards Pokhara by tourist bus. The distance from Kathmandu to Pokhara is approximately 210km which is around 7 hour travel by bus (may vary in case of traffic jam). You can enjoy the ravishing beauty of Pokhara valley, behold the heavenly beauty of alluring mountains and enjoy some delicious food. You will spend the night at Pokhara hotel.
Day 3: Drive to Phedi, and trek through Dhampus to Landruk
Third day starts with a drive to Phedi (approximately 1 hour) from Pokhara valley. Phedi is the starting point whereby your trekking journey starts.
The journey encompasses ancient villages of Dhampus which will lead you to Landruk. You can explore the village lifestyle and their rich culture while moving through the trail. Overnight stay in a teahouse run by the locals.
Day 4: Landruk-Chomrong village
On the fourth day, your journey will start from Landruk to a beautiful Chomrong village. The village is a popular overnight stop for those walking to Annapurna Base Camp trek. It will give you some picturesque view of Annapurna and the Machhapuchhre. The view is so mesmerizing in the morning time that leaves a memory that never fades. You will rest in a teahouse of the village for the night.
Day 5: Chomrong to Himalayan Hotel
The journey will start with a walk though suspension bridge over Chomrong river and hiking through the undulating trail to the small Dovan. You will pass through several villages of Sinuwa, Kuldihar and Bamboo. The steep trekking trail will take you to Himayalan hotel where you will spend the night.
Day 6: Himalaya hotel to Annapurna Base camp
This is the day when you will reach to the ultimate destination ‘The Annapurna Base Camp’, when you will finally get chance to view the astonishing beauty of The Annapurna. The trek is of approximately 7 hours which is completely worth it as you have one more achievement added to your list. Take your time and enjoy the magical view, take photographs and make this memory remain for the lifetime. Overnight stay at a tea house.
Day 7: Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo
It’s now time to descend back after a successful trek to the Annapurna Base Camp. You will start from the base camp and take the route all the way back to Bamboo. The route is a prefect way to squint to the local culture and some gorgeous floras and faunas. The entire trek becomes more and more exciting as you move along the beautiful trekking trail. As you reach Bamboo, your walk for the day is over and you will stay overnight at a local tea house in Bamboo.
Day 8: Trek Bamboo-Jhinu Dada
The eight day is a trek to Jhinu dada which includes a natural hot spring which is a real treat for the trekkers. You can take a quick dip into the hot water and feel a soothing relaxation on your body. After experiencing heavenly feeling we will head to a teahouse where you will spend the night.
Day 9: Jhinu to Pokhara
On this day you will head back to the beautiful Pokhara valley. Walking all the way through high altitudes and some peaceful villages of Annapurna region, you will now descend to a valley which is a major destination of so many people. You can take a tour to the valley and enjoy some captivating views of mountains and the lakes surrounded by Pokhara.
Day 10: Back to Kathmandu
It’s now time to return back to the capital city, Kathmandu. A 6-7 hours travel by bus will take you to Kathmandu valley. You can rest in the hotel or can enjoy yourself through the streets of Kathmandu. You can do shopping and take back lots of memories from Kathmandu.
Day 11: Departure
The final day will be the departure day back to your country. Our representative will take you to the Tribhuvan International Airport in order to bid you a farewell.
