Detailed itinerary

  • Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
    After landing in Tribhuwan International airport, you will be received by one of our representatives and will be dropped off at a hotel in Kathmandu. You can take rest for the day at the hotel or can go sightseeing around the city. A welcome dinner will be hosted in the evening and a brief about the trekking will be described. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu. 
  • Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi
    Second day includes a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, starting point for Langtang valley trek.  If we are lucky enough, we can have some fantastic views of gorgeous mountains like Manaslu, Annapurna and Ganesh himal. We will rest in a small village of Syabrubesi at a local teahouse.
  • Day 3: Trek from Syabrubeshi to Lama Hotel
    We will start trekking from Syabrubeshi and move along Langtang Khola. The entire trekking trail ascends and descends through the exuberant forests covered with Rhododendron and Oak. After we cross the bridge over Langtang Khola a steep trail awaits us which will lead us to Lama Hotel, a scenic spot in the Langtang region. Overnight stay in Lama Hotel.
  • Day 4:  Trek to Mundu via Langtang village
    Trek to Mundu is thrilling yet one of the most exciting journeys throughout. The trail gets steeper but what’s an adventure if it comes easy? The mystic mountains landscape with abundant water fall will help us forget all the complexities in the terrain. We will have magical view of the Langtang range as we reach the ‘Godha Tabela’, translated as a horse stable. On the way to Langtang village, we will pass through an ancient Buddhist monastery which was unfortunately devastated by the Earthquake, 2015. We won’t stop here; we will move further to Mundu and rest for the day in Mundu.
  • Day 5: Mundu to Kyangjin Gompa
    Kyangjin Gompa which is a prominent monastery of this region is one of the main attractions of the trek. We can taste the essence of traditional Buddhist cultures, with colorful prayer flags lying all over the sky, prayer wheels, chortens and sacred rocks with inscriptions. These are the beauties that one can behold in the culture of people residing in the High Himalayas. Rest of the day, we spend exploring the Buddhist Shrine in Kyangjin Gompa with the amazing scenic beauty that touches the paradise.
  • Day 6: Acclimatization- Explore Tserko Ri
    The sixth day is the acclimatization day, which helps us to cope with the elevation so that we can adjust in the high altitude. We first climb up to the Tserko Ri, the highest point in the entire trek. We have to start early in the morning, because we don’t want to miss the mesmerizing view of the sunrise, do we? After enjoying the miraculous view, we now need to descend back to Kyangjin Gompa. Overnight stay at Kyangjin Gompa.
  • Day 7: Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel
    It is now time to move all the way back to where we started. The first descend begins from Kyangji Gompa to Lama Hotel where we had spent a day earlier. We will move downhill through the Tamang villages exploring the sacred nature and chances that we encounter various Himalayan faunas are super high.
  • Day 8: Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi
    This day of our journey will be the final day when we will spend our day in the lap of high Himalayan region. The High snow capped mountains starts moving farther and we retrace back to the village surrounded by mustard fields. After a great accomplishment, we will celebrate our success in a beautiful village Syabrubeshi.
  • Day 9: Syabrubeshi to Kathmandu
    All the walking days are over and now its time to drive back to the capital city Kathmandu. The same route we used to get to Syabrubeshi will be followed. As this day will be the last day in Nepal, you can treat yourself with some must-do stuffs in Kathmandu. You can do shopping and take home some warm memories with you. You will spend overnight at Kathmandu hotel.
  • Day 10: Departure back to your own country

It’s finally now time to bid farewell to you. You will be escorted to the airport some hours before your flight. Remember us if you ever want to come back to Nepal, hoping you had a great time with us.
