Considered a whole grain, brown rice is less processed than white rice, which has had its hull, bran, and germ removed.
As a result, brown rice retains the nutrients that white rice lacks such as vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
How to Prepare
Thoroughly rinse 1 cup of Maharani Brown Rice and soak for 2 hours in lukewarm water. Add the soaked rice and salt to 2.5 to 3 cups of boiling water. Cook on medium heat until the rice absorbs the water. Cover the lid light and remove the pan from fire. Wait for 10-15 minutes & serve. Note: If the cooked rice is too hard then use more water and if the same is too soft use less water .
